You have a few different accounts at Crestmont, and most sign-in problems come down to using the wrong one. Here is what each one is for.

This is your main account. It is the email address the university gave you. Newer addresses end in @crestmontuniversity.edu, and older ones end in @student.caluniversity.edu. Both still work while we finish the transition.

You use it to sign in to your email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneDrive, and the learning platform.

This is where your courses, readings, discussions and assignment uploads live. You do not create a separate password for it. Sign in with your Crestmont/CIU account. Go to myclasses.caluniversity.edu to access your Learn Center.

 

This is where you check your balance, invoices, payments, grades and enrollment. It is separate from your coursework. Go to https://crestmontuniversity.populiweb.com/
