Sign In to the Learning Platform

Your courses, readings, discussions, and assignment submissions are available in the learning platform.

How to sign in

1. Go to https://myclasses.caluniversity.edu/.
2. Select the sign-in option via Outlook. 
3. Sign in with your Crestmont email address and password.
4. Complete the two-step verification prompt on your phone.
   

If the page is blank or keeps sending you back to sign in

• Open a private or incognito browser window and try again.
• Try Chrome or Firefox. If you are using Safari, switching browsers may help.
• Clear your browser cache, close the browser, and sign in again.
• Sign out of any personal Microsoft accounts that are open in the same browser.

Good to know: On shared or work computers, another Microsoft account already signed in to the browser can sometimes interfere with the Crestmont sign-in process.

If you still cannot access the learning platform, submit a Student Support Request and include a screenshot of the message you see.
